Drafting a Marketing Plan

The compilation of the marketing plan is a service provided by Co-Seven to organizations and companies. A Marketing Plan is a document that describes the marketing strategies that the entity must follow and implement to reach its target market or target group. The marketing plan aims to maximize profit by developing the company’s position in the market, exploiting the potential of customers as well as defining trends and tastes of the customer, thus attracting the target group and their interest in the organizations.

This document serves for the management and execution of marketing strategies, set after a detailed study of the company / entity, by team members.

The Marketing Plan is submitted to the Marketing Department, where the latter executes the planning reflected in the document and receives essential company, market and competitor information. This is a document that must be submitted to all departments, as each department has its part of execution in the plan. The execution of the marketing plan aims to maximize the profit of the company and attract the target group.
